

We breed our animals in a half wild condition, that
is to say in a barn from which the animals can freely
move to the outdoor enclosures. Great attention is
also given to the feeding of the animals: we only use
fodder produced on the farm mixing corn, barley, soy
and bran.
We are convinced that assuring the animals the
best possible quality of life, following the feeding
traditions of our land, during their existence, despite
an inevitable lengthening of the fattening process,
we will obtain high quality meat suitable for the
production of salamis, with an absolute health and
quality guarantee for the consumer.
